Idealyst Innovation Welcomes Sarah Tveidt to Executive Leadership Team


Idealyst Innovation is proud to welcome Sarah Tveidt to its executive leadership team as Executive Vice President and Chief Alliance Empowerment Officer, effective April 1, 2025. Sarah brings more than a decade of expertise in agriculture, stakeholder engagement, and farmer advocacy, further strengthening Idealyst’s mission to empower American farmers and ranchers to optimize risk.


Idealyst Innovation helps agribusinesses strengthen their customer relationships, reduce risk in their portfolios, and position themselves as trusted advisors with farmers. In her role, Sarah is focused on empowering farmer-centric organizations to deliver solutions that will help optimize grower risk and resiliency. Sarah will work directly with Idealyst’s Alliance Partners to strengthen their capabilities as they collectively work to address the problem sets that farmers and ranchers face on their operations.

Prior to joining Idealyst, Sarah served as Vice President of Client Services at The Directions Group and Aimpoint Research, where she led a dynamic team supporting agri-food clients through strategic insights and transformational initiatives. Her career also includes leadership roles at the South Dakota Soybean Research & Promotion Council and tenure with South Dakota Governor M. Michael Rounds.

Sarah grew up on her family’s farm in Humboldt, South Dakota, and her personal connection to farming has shaped her professional journey. She holds a degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from South Dakota State University. She lives outside Sioux Falls, South Dakota, with her husband Michael and their two children.
